1. Using our services
By creating a shipment through LLC-FURIOUS-LOGICSTIC, you confirm the information you provide (sender, recipient, package contents, and weight) is accurate. Misrepresenting package contents may result in delayed or refused delivery.
2. Prohibited items
You may not ship illegal, hazardous, or restricted items through our network. LLC-FURIOUS-LOGICSTIC reserves the right to inspect and refuse any shipment suspected of containing prohibited contents.
3. Pricing and payment
Delivery pricing is confirmed directly by our operations team based on service, weight, route, and any selected add-ons, and is not published on the site. You'll receive your confirmed price and an official receipt by email after your shipment request is reviewed.
4. Liability
LLC-FURIOUS-LOGICSTIC handles every package with care, and packages can be insured at checkout. Uninsured shipments are covered up to a limited standard liability amount in the event of loss or damage in transit.
5. Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates based on the selected service and route, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs, weather, or incorrect address information are outside our control.
6. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Report any suspected unauthorized access to support immediately.
