1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating an account or a shipment — name, phone number, email, and pickup/delivery addresses — plus shipment and payment status needed to process and track deliveries.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used to create and route shipments, process payments, send delivery updates, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Location data
Driver location is collected during active deliveries to power live tracking for the customer and dispatch team, and is not retained beyond what's needed for delivery records and support.
4. Data sharing
Shipment details are shared only with the assigned driver and, where applicable, payment providers necessary to complete your transaction — never with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data security
Passwords are hashed, not stored in plain text. Sessions are secured with httpOnly cookies, and administrative access is role-restricted and logged.
6. Your rights
You can review and update your profile information at any time from Account Settings, and can request account deletion by contacting support.
